  • Financial evaluation and approval of prospective investments for either; internal investment through one of our investment strategies or entities, or for direct investment by our clients/investors. 
  • Negotiate the price and terms for both the purchase and sell of all investments.
  • Strategic development of loan modifications programs and debt settlement options on our discounted purchased nonperforming loan investments creating the opportunity to unlock and realize the gains.
  • Perform on-going due-diligence and financial analysis to all clients on outside sponsored investments.
  • Establish and manage the investment tracking, valuation and property management of our internal investments.
  • Quarterly and annual financial and tax reporting to all clients/investors.
  • Supervise and set the strategic and financial objectives of the Investment Team, Internal Real Estate Professionals, & Staff.
  • Manage and coordinate our outside accounting, legal, construction and title/escrow resources.

  • Managed and set the operation goals and expectations for our accounting & tax staff of eight. 
  • Interacted with and provided operational and analytical support to the CFO, COO, & General Partners. 
  • Interacted and provided support to the Limited Partners & Senior Management of our funded companies. 
  • Managed and maintained all external legal, accounting/audit and vendor relationships.
