the dream of Bunning Bowman Ridley & Smith was created by Alvin Bunning. 

 

In 1957 Alvin opened a small Tax Firm in Casper Wyoming and started to train his 15 years old son Bernard Bunning in the ways of the IRS and basic accounting. Many years and many satisfied clients later Bernard met Dennis Ridley and they formed a professional friendship and alliance. Since meeting in 1979 Dennis and Bernard kept in contact and occasionally worked on mutual clients together. 

 

Then in 1985 Bernard moved to Sacramento , CA ,to go to Law School and further his education. He kept many of his Wyoming clients. Dennis remained in Wyoming and continued to build a prosperous legal, accounting and real estate firms. Dennis and Bernard managed to keep in contact over the years.

 

After 15 years in Sacramento Bernard never forgot his heritage in Wyoming . He remembered bob sledding down Casper mountain, Frontier Days in Cheyenne , and summers at Lake Alcova . He wanted to expand back to the place where it all started. Then he remembered his good friend Dennis Ridley and they started talking about merging their two practices together. Like pieces of a difficult puzzle things kept falling into place perfectly. Dennis and Bernie and been on similar paths just in different states. Now they have come together to offer their dream of ?Old World Value with New Words Solutions?. 

 

Dennis recently came across the CPA firm of Keith Price and approached him with the idea of joining the empire of Bunning Bowman Ridley & Smith. Keith was impressed with the business structure and jumped on board head first. 

 

With the knowledge, experience, and years of business Dennis Ridley , Keith Price, and Bernard Bunning are a power packed team that can?t be beat.
