Todd has nearly 15 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry. His formal training was achieved with the U.S. Army’s Signal Corps at Fort Gordon, Georgia and The North Carolina School of Telecommunications in Sanford, North Carolina. Todd excels at problem solving and understanding what a customer needs when it comes to helping them improve their business.

Todd has held positions with businesses such as Nortel Networks and Volt Telecommunications Group over the years that have taught him the value of customer service, timeliness, dependability, and loyalty.
